Drying and Process Technology

The Drying and Process Technology Group is headed by Associate Professor Tim Langrish. The Group's research approach is to combine theory and experimental investigation in the areas of drying technology, heat and mass transfer and applied fluid mechanics, including Computational Fluid Dynamics.

The three main focus areas that the Group is working on at present include, Spray Drying, Timber Drying and Spinning Cone Column research and you can find more information about these topics by following the links at the left of this page.
